About Your Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solid backends to support our next-generation apps

  • Be the owner of the product features you develop throughout their full life-cycle

  • Go the extra mile to identify and resolve potential upcoming issues 

  • Help improve the development procedures in place

  • Setup, maintain, and manage backend infrastructure

About Yourself 

  • Two-year experience or more in Backend Software Engineering

  • BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or an equivalent degree/experience

  • Competence in managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

  • Advanced knowledge in design patterns, object-oriented programming, software security, databases, concurrent systems

  • Proficiency in dealing with APIs and web services

  • Ability to review code

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • Adaptability and open-mindedness

Extra

  • Advanced experience in Java (Java 21)

  • Significant experience in developing client-server apps

  • Experience in managing infrastructure

  • Ability to speak French and/or German
