Managing your entity organization enables you to:
To announce the arrival of a new person on campus
Announce a departure of a person from your entity
Modify the data of a person in your entity
The announcement of the arrival of a person allows them to access the MyCampus mobile and web applications.
In a few points:
Announcing a new person
Sends an email to the security lodge with information on badge access levels.
Sends a MyCampus welcome email to the person
Sends a request for an account to access “Book a Meeting Room”
When you modify badge accesses, an email is automatically sent to the security lodge for modification on their part
When you deactivate a person, an email is automatically sent to the security lodge for the withdrawal of badge access levels
Please use a professional email when creating the person, which will be used later for the person to connect to the app
