Manage your entity

The feature is accessible in the main menu from biotech.pocketcampus.org under “Manage My Unit”.

Managing your entity organization enables you to:

  • To announce the arrival of a new person on campus

  • Announce a departure of a person from your entity

  • Modify the data of a person in your entity

The announcement of the arrival of a person allows them to access the MyCampus mobile and web applications.

In a few points:

  • Announcing a new person

    • Sends an email to the security lodge with information on badge access levels.

    • Sends a MyCampus welcome email to the person

    • Sends a request for an account to access “Book a Meeting Room

  • When you modify badge accesses, an email is automatically sent to the security lodge for modification on their part

  • When you deactivate a person, an email is automatically sent to the security lodge for the withdrawal of badge access levels

  • Please use a professional email when creating the person, which will be used later for the person to connect to the app
